About the Role
LG CNS is looking for experienced IT Project Manager to join our enterprise-scale system development projects. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including business analysis, system design, implementation, optimization, and deployment. This role is ideal for developers who can work with complex business logic and contribute to both technical execution and team leadership.

  • Analyze business requirements and understand complex system workflows.
  • Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Work with relational databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality and progress.
  • Lead and mentor team members, assign tasks, and support technical decision-making.
  • Propose and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Support frontend development when required (preferred skill).
  • Participate in system deployment and cloud/container integration (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in system development using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong ability to analyze and understand complex business logic.
  • Hands-on experience with databases: MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in team management and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong system-thinking mindset and familiarity with software development best practices

Preferred

  • Knowledge of accounting or financial systems.
  • Experience with frontend development (React, HTML, JavaScript).
  • Experience working with Cloud Providers (AWS/GCP) or Kubernetes.
