Job description
1. Supervise construction work at the site based on approved drawings, coordinate with the Investor and Supervisor to accept the work, and control construction progress.
2. Prepare progress records in accordance with contract regulations and manage company systems.
3. Planning and implementing construction organization.
4. Deploy construction drawings, separate payment volumes with the team or Investor
According to the project designated at Visip Nghe An Industrial Park, Nghe An Province or An Hoa Industrial Park, former Hai Duong City (now Hai Phong City).
Candidate requirements
1. Graduated from intermediate schools, colleges, universities with majors related to construction and transportation, 2-3 years of experience in equivalent positions or related positions such as: Office Engineer
2. Be healthy, enthusiastic, and have experience in a field supervisor position
3. Have teamwork, problem solving, and decision making skills
4. Proficient in office skills: Word, Excel, Cad, Powerpoint, Project
