Project planning
Manage and develop a portfolio of domestic and foreign suppliers;
Contact with suppliers to develop product sources for the project;
Research products, translate product documents and prepare quotes;
Organize product introduction events/seminars.
Project implementation organization
Planning, developing records and documents for procurement and bidding work;
Participate in negotiations, finalize contracts and purchasing procedures with Investors and suppliers;
Manage and monitor contract implementation progress with Investors and suppliers;
Coordinate with functional departments to hand over and accept products, finalize and liquidate contracts with the Investor;
Storing and managing Project Documents.
Other tasks as required: Support related departments when necessary and do other tasks assigned by Department/Company Leaders.
Candidate requirements
Education: Graduated in economics/foreign languages from prestigious domestic and foreign universities;
Experience: Priority is given to candidates with 2-3 years of experience for the Project Manager position.
Candidates without experience will be considered for training for the position of Project Assistant;
Use English fluently.
Ability to organize and plan work, professional demeanor;
