Job description:

Customer service support

  • Welcoming guests and leading them to tables according to hotel standards.

  • Support menu presentation and order writing according to instructions.

  • Serve food and drinks to guests according to correct procedures.

  • Clean the table after guests eat.

  • Report immediately any problems that arise (delayed dishes, customer complaints...).

Prepare the work area (Set-up)

  • Prepare tools: knife, fork, glass, towel... according to table standards.

  • Set-up buffet or À la Carte area according to instructions.

  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean and tidy.

Job requirements:

  • Students majoring in Tourism - Restaurant - Hotel or related majors.

  • Can intern full-time, at least 3 months and at least 4 days/week.

  • Good communication, friendly, confident.

  • Enthusiastic, progressive and willing to learn.

  • Good teamwork spirit.

  • Basic English communication (priority).
