Customer service support

Welcoming guests and leading them to tables according to hotel standards.

Support menu presentation and order writing according to instructions.

Serve food and drinks to guests according to correct procedures.

Clean the table after guests eat.
-
Report immediately any problems that arise (delayed dishes, customer complaints...).
Prepare the work area (Set-up)

Prepare tools: knife, fork, glass, towel... according to table standards.

Set-up buffet or À la Carte area according to instructions.
-
Ensure the restaurant area is clean and tidy.
Job requirements:
-
Students majoring in Tourism - Restaurant - Hotel or related majors.

Can intern full-time, at least 3 months and at least 4 days/week.

Good communication, friendly, confident.

Enthusiastic, progressive and willing to learn.

Good teamwork spirit.

Basic English communication (priority).
