Job description:
– Develop investment strategies and short-term and long-term investment plans of the Company;
– Investment project management, bidding management, investment project appraisal, investment contracts and completed project settlement;
– Monitor and evaluate investment efficiency; Implement and supervise capital construction work;
– Statistics and reporting to the Board of Directors on work related to investment and capital construction...
– Carry out management tasks, assign tasks to employees in the Department and urge and inspect implementation;
– Be directly responsible to the Company's Leaders for issues within the scope of the Department's functions and duties.

– Good moral qualities, honesty, willing to go on long business trips;
