Job requirements

- Graduated from University majoring in Electrical and Electronics.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

1. Job description

- Receive orders, update requests, coordinate feedback on delivery dates, deliver goods, reconcile and request payments, track payment collections, etc.
- Maintain MDS of each customer system - Receive and review orders corresponding to plastic/miscellaneous goods - Storing and maintaining new customers & new designs

Job description

• Develop sales plans, introduce products and organize implementation in the management area;

• Recruit, train, guide and manage and supervise TDV in the region to ensure personnel and sales targets. Develop and allocate targets for TDV in the department;

• Propose marketing strategies, insurance policies, and customer care in each region;

• Collect and capture market information, analyze customer needs, market needs and competitors.

• Coordinate accounting to ensure customer debts are paid on time.

Job requirements

Priority: Having good relationships with Hospitals, Pharmacies and Pharmacists in the area;

• Graduated from college or higher majoring in economics, business administration, medicine, pharmacy, ...;

Develop an implementation plan to achieve the Company's customer growth goals and sales goals by month/quarter/year

- Plan to train employees on communication skills, negotiate with customers, and monitor the work efficiency of all employees.

- Consulting, support, care and building sustainable relationships with customers.

- Discuss and negotiate with customers about price, payment method, delivery time.

- Develop policies and implementation plans to increase revenue, compare and analyze monthly revenue and take corrective actions (if any)

- Identify potential markets, make forecasts to the Company's Board of Directors.

- Always update new products and market situation.

- Report on the Company's business activities and revenue to the Company's Board of Directors

- Advise the Board of Directors in planning business strategies

Experience / Detailed skills

- Male/Female aged 32 and over

- Graduated from intermediate school or higher, priority is given to candidates with experience in the construction materials business

- Minimum 03 years of experience working in a business management position

- Proactive, decisive, creative in work; communication, negotiation, bargaining and persuasive presentation skills.

- Be ethical, patient, diligent, hard-working

- Have skills in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating work efficiency.

- Have training and coaching skills; inspire and motivate employees to work effectively.

- Have a driver's license of B2 or higher, can go on long business trips outside of Da Nang

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
