Job description

• Responsible for operating all activities of the Wellness gym according to 5-star standards
• Build, deploy and monitor service processes to ensure a classy customer experience, especially for high-end/VVIP customer groups
• Manage, train and develop staff (receptionists, trainers, technicians...), maintain style and service quality according to international standards
• Plan revenue, budget, control costs, optimize business efficiency of the gym
• Coordinate closely with related departments (Sales, Marketing, F&B, Hotel, Spa...) to build comprehensive products/services for customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with VVIP customers; Receive and handle feedback/complaints with professionalism and sophistication
• Grasp high-end Wellness & Fitness trends, propose new programs and services to improve customer experience and competitiveness

Candidate requirements

• University graduate majoring in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related fields
• At least 5 years of management experience in the field of Fitness/Wellness, Hospitality or luxury services (wellness/retreat/5-star spa)
• Professional appearance and demeanor, suitable for a high-class service environment
• Effective leadership, training, and team building skills
• Excellent customer care skills, especially with high-end/VVIP customer groups
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is preferred)
• Business thinking, good analytical and financial management skills
• Ability to handle situations quickly, solve problems effectively, always maintain sophistication and professionalism

Job description

- Project-related work (water and wastewater treatment), chemicals and spare parts.

- Prepare records and documents during the sales process.

- Negotiate with suppliers on prices and payment conditions.

- Search for potential new customers to use GKCV's services.

- Traveling on business to visit potential and current customers.

- Manage and analyze customer requirements.

- Prepare quotes, technical proposals, submit documents.

- Prepare monthly sales activity reports.

- Perform other related tasks assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Male/Female, over 24 years old.

- Graduated from university majoring in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanics or equivalent field.

- Having experience and sales skills is an advantage.

- Can use English, proficient in MS Office.

- Fluent negotiation and communication skills.

- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of wastewater treatment.
