PRODUCTION OF 2D GRAPHICS PUBLICATIONS (Digital & Printing):
- Work with the Marketing department to design Digital Banners, Posters, Brochures, catalogs, profiles, folders, envelopes, namecards, 2D and 3D layout images, basic videos... to serve the company's communication channels such as Website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube,...
- Implement and monitor the production of finished products (printing and processing if any).
- Design product packaging, brochures, brand identity...
IMAGE AND VIDEO DATA MANAGEMENT:
- Manage image and video archives in the company's system.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:
- Manage assets, machinery and equipment belonging to the company's studio.
- Propose to repair damage to facilities or suggest improvements to help improve product quality.
- Support for renting and managing rented equipment, inventory and acceptance (if any).
OTHER WORK:
- Prepare reports according to regulations or other tasks as requested by superiors.
- Develop design ideas to support Digital Marketing, Decoration & Promotion activities.
- Support the work of other departments such as Human Resources, Sales, Events (if any)...
Candidate requirements
- Graduate in Graphic Design or related field.
- Having 1–2 years of design experience in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries is an advantage.
- Proficient in AI, Photoshop, Indesign, Canva.
- Know how to use basic photography equipment and have knowledge of lighting set-up, shooting angles, and product composition.
- Have good aesthetic taste, especially Minimalism, Typographic, High Fashion styles.
- Proactive, creative, responsible, able to withstand pressure.
- Ready to retouch product photos, cut and collage for post-processing for media publications.
- Teamwork spirit and ready to support other departments when needed.

- Develop a periodic communication plan
- Create/edit daily/weekly media content, develop media channel system (Facebook, Website, Tiktok, Youtube,...)
- Manage and coordinate interactive activities on social media channels
- Develop scripts and concepts for videos, exploit customer stories as material for marketing campaigns
- Design basic media publications (posters, banners, standees, backdrops,...) for events and communication activities
- Search, contact and work directly with partners and KOLs to implement communication campaigns
- Conceive ideas and organize events to serve enrollment (Conference, School Tour,...)

Candidate requirements

- Ability to write multi-channel content (website, fanpage,...), ability to catch trends and create good trends
- Able to withstand high work pressure, manage work scientifically
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in a similar position or knowledge of content in the field of education, and the ability to communicate in basic English
