JOB DESCRIPTION

- Introduction, technical consulting, sales and instructions on how to use the company's fertilizer and plant protection products

- Caring for existing customers, maintaining and developing long-term relationships.

- Search, approach and expand customer channels: Agents, Distributors, agricultural material stores, agricultural farms,....

- Negotiate, sign contracts and track customers' orders and debts.

- Update customer and market data, collect information about competitors and trends

- Report on business situation and propose solutions for market development.

Candidate requirements

- No professional experience is required for the position of Sales Officer (TELESALE/CSKH), consultant (can graduate in economics, finance, human resources, marketing, agriculture...), trained on the job

- For Agricultural Engineers: graduated from college or university in majors: agronomy, plant science (horticulture), plant protection, biology,....

- Good communication skills, hard-working, sociable

- Good use of office computers and social networks

Income

  • Income when reaching 100% KPI: 15 - 30 million VND
  • Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate
  • Fix salary: 9 - 10 million VND
  • Fix salary depends on sales
