Job description
- Develop an overall implementation plan and deploy detailed construction plans for each phase of each interior construction project.
- Internal inspection, supervision, coordination between contractors when installing at customers' homes.
- Coordinate with the homeowner and related parties to ensure construction is on schedule and with quality.
- Organize acceptance internally, with subcontractors and with the homeowner for each phase and the entire project according to the set schedule.
- Report construction progress, arising problems and propose solutions periodically to the Board of Directors
Candidate requirements
- Gender: Male, 25 years old or older
- Qualification/major: Graduated from college or higher;
- Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar job position;
