Job description
- Advise and advise the Board of Directors, departments, divisions, and factories on legal issues related to the Company's business activities.
- Review and appraise internal/external documents, all types of contracts, agreements/other legal documents of the Company.
- Participate and complete the company's investment projects.
- All procedures related to foreign workers.
- All procedures related to business registration, investment certificates, red books, and land of factories.
- Procedures related to intellectual property registration - Research, update and systematize legal documents related to the company's organization and operations.
- Research, coordinate, process and prepare records and documents with relevant departments to participate in receiving inspection and examination teams of competent state agencies for the company.
- Organize the resolution of disputes arising in the Company's activities.
- Coordinate with departments and committees to collect outstanding debts.

- Graduated from University majoring in Law (Hanoi Law University or Hanoi National University Law Faculty),

- Experience from 5 - 7 years

Job description

Implement and coordinate the implementation of assigned tasks as follows:

- Consulting, implementing legal procedures for business registration, business structure (Conversion, separation, merger, consolidation of businesses...);

- Consulting and implementing sub-license procedures for businesses (Business lines: hotels, restaurants, clinics, vocational training, labor export...);

- Consulting and implementing legal procedures on labor, wages and insurance;

- Consulting on intellectual property;

- Register to protect trademarks, transfer ownership rights, transfer rights to use industrial property objects (trademarks, inventions, industrial designs,...);

- Other fields:

+ Support notarization and authentication procedures at competent agencies and organizations;

+ Legal advice via hotline, writing website articles.

Experience / Detailed skills
