Job description

1. Program & Learning Materials Development:- Research, build and improve program frameworks, course content, documents, learning materials.- Build academic product information including:

+ Standard lecture system (lesson plan and lesson PPT).

+ System of input and output tests; standard periodic assessment test bank system

standard; system of practice exercises by topic

2. Management & Development of Teaching Team:

- Report on evaluation of personnel work results and professional performance status for department managers.

3. Student Quality Management:

- Design and update entrance tests and supervise the testing and placement process.

- Handle directly or indirectly with other departments to resolve academic feedback from students and parents.

- Allocate teachers, moderate teaching schedules.

4. Related jobs:

- Participate in teaching and teaching assistants at public elementary schools according to assigned schedules.

- Other work under the management of the professional manager.

Candidate requirements

- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of educational technology or education

.- Good communication skills, knowing how to convey knowledge, information and interact with teachers and students in a clear, flexible and inspirational way.

- Able to adapt and be flexible in adjusting teaching methods and learning content

.- Have skills in time management, student management and creating a positive learning environment.

- Have the spirit of research, learning and always updating the latest knowledge in both the field of English, teaching expertise and technology to be able to meet the needs of students and continuously develop themselves.

Job description

• Translate documents, interpret in internal meetings (Vietnamese - Indo)
• Being the connection between local partners/suppliers, Indonesian personnel and the Vietnamese team
• Store and update internal data
• Support in preparing contracts and administrative procedures related to human resources when needed
• Coordinate work, visas, accommodation and logistics for personnel related to the company's branch in Indonesia
• And other jobs arising related to the company's branch in Indonesia
