Job description:
– Develop investment strategies and short-term and long-term investment plans of the Company;
– Investment project management, bidding management, investment project appraisal, investment contracts and completed project settlement;
– Monitor and evaluate investment efficiency; Implement and supervise capital construction work;
– Statistics and reporting to the Board of Directors on work related to investment and capital construction...
– Carry out management tasks, assign tasks to employees in the Department and urge and inspect implementation;
– Be directly responsible to the Company's Leaders for issues within the scope of the Department's functions and duties.

Job description

Search, reach and expand potential customer base through online and offline channels, ensuring to meet set enrollment targets.

Manage, train and support a team of consultants, build standard working procedures to improve enrollment efficiency.

Directly consult and introduce courses and training programs suitable to customers' needs; At the same time, handle situations that arise during the enrollment process.

Build and maintain good, sustainable relationships with students and parents.

Supervise and coordinate with specialized departments in monitoring learning progress and satisfaction of students and parents.

Prepare reports on team work results, analyze enrollment data and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

Participate and coordinate to organize marketing activities, events, workshops... to increase the image and reputation of the center.

Proactively contribute ideas to improve service quality, training programs and enrollment efficiency.

Candidate requirements

Age 25 years and older

Graduated from College, University or higher

At least 1 year of experience or more in a similar position

Experience in Offline Sales

Have skills in planning, implementation, testing, monitoring and evaluation

Have skills in training, teamwork, and motivating employees to maximize their abilities

Income

• Income when reaching 100% KPI: 20 - 30 million VND
• Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate
• Firm salary: 9 - 12 million VND
• Fix salary does not depend on sales
