Job description

• Ensure Content meets standards to bring value to TopCV's user base and compete with competitors, attracting new user files. Produce articles (especially in the field of IT, software and general labor) to improve keyword rankings, ensuring all required SEO factors.
• Create creative ideas, build a detailed outline for each article to ensure TOPCV criteria.
• Browse articles by the contributors that comply with TOPCV's criteria
• Understand TOPCV's product ecosystem to produce content that attracts leads and brings conversions.
• Perform other tasks as requested by management

Candidate Requirements

• Education level: Bachelor or higher
• At least 2 years of experience working in the field of SEO Content.
• Experience in content development, ensuring content quality on websites, blogs...
• Experience in producing articles to improve keyword rankings, ensuring all required SEO factors.
• Have knowledge about SEO (standard SEO articles, on-page SEO & off-page SEO).
• Have in-depth knowledge of Content and Content orientation.
• Know how to optimize images according to SEO standards, using basic Photoshop or Canva.
• Have know-how and experience in writing articles in the field of Information Technology.
• Ability to read and understand foreign documents to collect information and synthesize for articles
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency is preferred

- Install company equipment and software.

- Support end users to use IT systems effectively, ensuring work

- Administration and operation of LAN, WAN, server network systems

- Backup and restore applications

- Monitor and inventory IT equipment; synthesize and propose needs for equipping, purchasing, renting, maintaining, upgrading, repairing, and liquidating IT equipment

- Operate and monitor the status of application software

- Manage, update versions, patch application programs

- Summary report on application status.

- Contribute ideas and reflect on difficulties during the transaction process to better improve the process.

Job description
- Appraisal and approval of investment projects/Procurement estimates for technology and IT.

- Plan and schedule projects periodically: monthly, quarterly, yearly.

- Monitor and report the results of project management implementation periodically: weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.

- Appraise and submit for approval the contractor selection plan, bidding documents, and request documents for bidding packages of the project.

- Appraise and submit for approval the results of contractor selection for bidding packages under the project or participate in the expert team evaluating the contractor's bid.

- Appraisal of contract payment documents and project settlement.

- Monitor, supervise and evaluate project investment.

Candidate requirements
- Male/female. Under 45 years old.

- Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Economics/Technology. Priority is given to Information Technology/Electronics and telecommunications/electronics engineer.

- For economics/engineering majors (not information technology/electronics and telecommunications/electronics engineer): Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of appraisal of technology and information technology projects.

- For majors in Information Technology/Electronics and Telecommunications/electronics engineer: Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of appraisal of technology and information technology projects.

- Understand current State regulations on investment procedures.

- Grasp and carry out tasks during project implementation through the stages: Investment preparation, Investment implementation, Investment completion.

- Able to present and report on work carried out during project implementation.

- Able to work independently.

About the Role
LG CNS is looking for experienced IT Project Manager to join our enterprise-scale system development projects. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including business analysis, system design, implementation, optimization, and deployment. This role is ideal for developers who can work with complex business logic and contribute to both technical execution and team leadership.

• Analyze business requirements and understand complex system workflows.
• Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with relational databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project quality and progress.
• Lead and mentor team members, assign tasks, and support technical decision-making.
• Propose and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Support frontend development when required (preferred skill).
• Participate in system deployment and cloud/container integration (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in system development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong ability to analyze and understand complex business logic.
• Hands-on experience with databases: MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in team management and excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong system-thinking mindset and familiarity with software development best practices

Preferred

• Knowledge of accounting or financial systems.
• Experience with frontend development (React, HTML, JavaScript).
