Job description

• Implement construction projects according to plans and technical drawings.

• Proficient in using Auto Card.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure progress, quality and labor safety at the construction site.

• Supervise the construction team and subcontractors during project implementation.

• Report progress and technical problems during construction.

• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

• Support system maintenance and upkeep after handover (if necessary).

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from College/University in majors: Environmental Technology, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Sewerage, Mechanical, Electrical - Electronics,...

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.

• Read and understand drawings, proficiently use Auto Card, proficiently use installation tools and equipment.

• Honest, hardworking, responsible.

• Able to withstand work pressure, can travel to the construction site if necessary.

Job description

- Prepare quality management documents for projects and construction works (priority is given to candidates who have worked on state-funded projects).

- Accurate quantity take-off, reading and understanding architectural drawings, structures and M&E systems.

- Proficient in using specialized software: AutoCAD, Word, Excel, estimating software, Photoshop and other technical software.

- Priority is given to candidates who have the ability to develop shop drawings.

- Proactively carry out assigned work, coordinate effectively with related departments.

- Communicate well with construction units, supervision consultants and investors.

• English: capable of communicating and exchanging via email with foreign partners.

• Having Cisco CCNA Security, CCNP certification is an advantage.
