Job description
1. Survey needs and develop training plans
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to propose ideas for building a competency framework for each position, thereby building a training and capacity development roadmap consistent with the career development roadmap of personnel.
- Develop a document development plan and coordinate departments to implement the program on schedule.
- Propose ideas to organize a variety of internal training activities for the unit and coordinate to implement the program effectively, meeting the set internal training goals.
2. Content creation & Training program development
- Build scripts and develop content for training publications at the company
- Research, compile, update existing training documents and develop new ones so that the information in the documents always keeps up with trends and is consistent with organizational culture
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete, package, and deploy the training program on schedule
- Evaluate & evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, thereby making proposals for improvement, modification, and research on appropriate learning and expert needs in the future.
3. Deploy training
- Plan program implementation (budget estimates, costs, risks and recommendations to management)
- Teaching class
- Promote and coordinate with units in charge of completing data, reports, and targets related to internal training.
- Regularly update and propose plans to help the unit achieve its set goals
4. Training communication and building a learning culture
- Provide content, articles, and assessments before - during - after training so that the BP is in charge of implementing course communication.
- Propose and organize events, seminars, emulation activities, rewards, engagement, etc. related to training to develop a learning culture at the company
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from College or higher majoring in Pedagogy, Education and Training, and Communications.
- Have at least 3 years of training experience
- Planning and reporting skills
- Teamwork skills and using Powerpoint, Canva... tools to prepare lessons
- Smooth voice, easy to listen to, good-looking appearance.
- Communication and guidance skills.

Experience / Detailed skills
- Master's degree or regular university degree, graduated with Honors or higher, majoring in Japanese Language or Japanese Pedagogy.
- Have teaching experience of at least 1 year or more.
- Ability to quickly update software for teaching and learning.
- Good communication skills, teamwork and independent working skills, presentation skills, good pedagogical problem solving, good time management skills.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
- Priority is given to candidates who graduated from prestigious foreign universities or have university teaching experience.
- Proficient in office information technology.
