Job description

1. Plan, implement and monitor sales activities • Make a business plan for the assigned scope • Implementing existing customer portfolio management includes: Regularly contacting customers to grasp and promptly serve transaction needs, using bank products (credit cards, unsecured loans, quality casa, accounts, NEO, non-life insurance...)
• Search for new customers/ Potential customers consulting on solutions, products and/or services in accordance with regulations, processes and jurisdiction
• Use customer management/sales management systems and other systems to create reports/track customer records.
• Supervise sales implementation and track results, and perform some of the following control activities with customers

2. Coordinate with relevant units to deploy sales activities:
• Coordinate with customer service and transaction units/departments to support customers in performing banking transactions such as opening cards, withdrawing money, depositing money, etc.
• Coordinate with Head Office units such as post-loan control/risk management/debt collection to carry out risk control/debt collection activities for assigned customers according to proper procedures and authority

3. Comply with business discipline:
• Fully participate in training programs on products, credit processes, post-loan management and credit/customer risk management
4. Other jobs:
• Carry out administrative activities and reports according to unit regulations and direct manager's requirements

Candidate requirements

1. Education level
• Graduated from College or higher, with priority given to related majors such as economics, finance, banking
2. Related experiences
• CV: At least 1 year working in the banking and finance sector, with at least 6 months of experience in retail banking
• NV: no experience required

3. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise
• Basic understanding of banking products and services
• Understand and use customer information management software
• Understanding of basic processes/ procedures/ standards for providing credit/ banking products

4. Skills
• Communication skills
• Listening skills
• Negotiation and persuasion skills

5. Other abilities
• Manage and develop customer relationships/portfolios
• Plan and self-manage time/work
• Search, synthesize and analyze information
• Communicate effectively (in person and via email)
• Data management and analysis at a basic level
