Job description
Perform after-sales service including hardware/software installation, operation, and on-site training for customers.
Handle routine and emergency maintenance in a timely manner.
Responsible for the quality and performance of field service engineers (on-site) from outsourced customers.
Advising customers on how to properly operate machines.
Provide on-site training to customers or internal customers as specific product technical experts.
Maintain consistent work quality with committed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Establish and maintain good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job requirements
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the copier/printer/printing industry or related field.
Graduated from College/University majoring in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automation Engineering.
Experienced in providing hardware and software services, maintenance and consulting.
Experience in industrial laser printing is an advantage.

1. Job description
- Receive orders, update requests, coordinate feedback on delivery dates, deliver goods, reconcile and request payments, track payment collections, etc.
- Maintain MDS of each customer system
- Receive and review orders corresponding to plastic/miscellaneous goods
- Storing and maintaining new customers & new designs
2. Experience / Detailed skills
- Have a university degree or higher.
- Good communication in Chinese
- Proficient in using office software, Word, Excel, PPT, etc., familiar with office equipment
