- Legal advice to the board of directors, departments and units within the company on legal issues related to the company's operations, including:
- Provide legal opinions, opinions on contracts, memoranda of understanding, and advise on disputes related to M-Mola upon request, including but not limited to members of the Board of Directors Director, CEO.
- Update and notify legal regulations related to Mola's business activities to business agencies, including but not limited to the Board of Directors and CEO.
- Provide comments on draft legal documents at the request of legal authorities.
- Support the Executive Director in working with law firms to advise M-Mola. Draft internal power of attorney for M-Mola and submit to relevant corporate agencies for approval.
p>- Participate in drafting and contributing legal opinions on the development of Mola's internal regulations in accordance with relevant legal provisions.
- Prepare documents and work with the Bank of Mozambique and relevant authorities, monitor progress and receive official dispatches, certificates, decisions, and licenses from the authorities. Implement the direction of the Board of Directors and CEO to conduct legal procedures for M-Mola's business partners, negotiate and draft settlement agreements before/after the verdict is issued and coordinate with relevant corporate bodies of M-Mola. Prepare legal documents on behalf of the company to protect anti-Mola interests after coordinating with M-Mola's relevant corporate agencies.
