- Financial Management: Supervise and administer the Company's accounting and financial activities, including budget management, cash flow, and financial reporting. Ensure all financial reports are prepared accurately and promptly in accordance with relevant accounting standards and laws.
- Control and Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards. The chief accountant must also monitor compliance with internal policies and internal controls to prevent and detect fraud.
- Strategy and Development: Participate in strategic planning and support financial decision making. The Chief Accountant provides profound financial analysis to support the Company's investment and business development decisions.
- Communication and Reporting: Present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.

* Manage the implementation of signed contracts
- Combine with other departments in the business to implement contracts, ensuring full satisfaction of customer requirements.

- Coordinate with other departments to overcome problems that arise during contract implementation and debt tracking.
