Job description
I. Process/ Product engineering
1. Establish production processes, build standards for each stage in the Welding/ Painting/ Assembly workshop
2. Control the production process according to standards to ensure continuous production operations according to the company's plan
3. Kaizen improvement activities continuously improve quality, safety, and output
4. Coordinate with production/maintenance to handle quality issues, equipment and machinery failures on the production line
5. Plan activities and regularly report the results of the Technical team
's activities
II. Industrial Engineering
1. Make production plans, supplies and equipment necessary for the operation of the Painting/Welding/Assembling workshop
2. Manage production activities according to plan, ensuring continuous production operations according to the company's plan
3. Kaizen improvement activities continuously improve quality, safety, and output
4. Plan activities and regularly report the results of the Technical team
's activitiesII. Group leader Production line manager
1. Plan and coordinate human resources to ensure the operation of the Painting/Welding/Assembling workshop
2. Manage technical workers and workers on the production line
3. Participate in recruitment interviews and train workers on the production line
4. Coordinate with production to develop work instruction procedures for workers and handle labor issues that arise on the line
5. Plan activities and regularly report the results of the Technical team
's activitiesJob requirements
• Education level: University or higher
• Major: Mechanical processing, manufacturing, automobile
• Foreign language requirements: English - Level 2: TOEFL 46-78 | IELTS 4.5-6.0 | TOEIC 605-780 or equivalent
• Professional experience: at least 2 years in the field of Manufacturing, Automotive, Mechanics, Automation, manufacturing, design, processing
• Have experience working in manufacturing plants / Priority is given to candidates with experience in automobile factories
• Have knowledge about Automobile and Motorcycle companies
• Understanding of Process, making process procedures, PFMEA, PCP, 5W1H, AutoCAD/Catia/Solidwork/NX software
• Understanding of production, manufacturing, and repair of cars, motorbikes, and mechanical equipment components
• Understanding of related laws: Labor safety, environmental standards
