Job description
- Manage, design, direct and supervise construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct construction surveys and analyze data (maps, reports, inspections, drawings...).
- Carry out business and feasibility studies, draw designs that meet technical standards.
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
- Provide advice and resolve arising problems/shortcomings.
- Monitor and contact relevant parties.
- Monitor progress and prepare reports on project status.
- Follow industry guidelines and regulations, including licenses, safety standards... and provide technical and other documentation as requested.

Experience / Detailed skills
- Graduated from University majoring in: Construction.
- Priority is given to people with 2 years or more experience, with experience in construction projects of townhouses, villas, and banks
- Priority is given to being able to go on business trips, being able to go on business trips/projects outside the province regularly
- Understand the work and processes in construction and construction laws;
- Good health, enthusiastic, careful at work;
- Good communication skills, work and time management and good situation handling.
- Know how to use Autocad, MS Office software
