Job description
- Design and develop backend applications using Python language.
- Research and use new technologies to develop AI features: LLM, RAG, Graph, Vector DB, AWS service, Data processing...
- Manage and maintain database.
- Optimize performance and ensure system security.
- Work closely with the frontend team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration.
- Participate in requirements analysis and product development planning process.
Candidate requirements
- Education & professional qualifications:
- University graduate majoring in Information Technology or related field.
- Have 4–5 years of experience working with Python, strong knowledge and proficiency.
- Professional skills & experience:
- Experience with Message Queue system (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is an advantage.
- Proficient in working with database management systems MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of RESTful API and web communication protocols.
- Experience with Docker, Linux terminal, Bash.
- Knowing how to use CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage.
- Understanding of LLM, RAG, Agent, AWS services is an advantage.
- Preference is given to candidates with experience working with Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, ...) and in the AI field.
- General Competencies:
- Problem solving skills, good logical thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proactive, good communication, open and friendly.
- Agile, eager to learn, careful and meticulous.
