Job description
• Develop sales plans, introduce products and organize implementation in the management area;
• Recruit, train, guide and manage and supervise TDV in the region to ensure personnel and sales targets. Develop and allocate targets for TDV in the department;
• Propose marketing strategies, insurance policies, and customer care in each region;
• Collect and capture market information, analyze customer needs, market needs and competitors.
• Coordinate accounting to ensure customer debts are paid on time.
Job requirements
Priority: Having good relationships with Hospitals, Pharmacies and Pharmacists in the area;
• Graduated from college or higher majoring in economics, business administration, medicine, pharmacy, ...;
• Have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or sales management position (priority is given to candidates with pharmaceutical industry experience);
• Have management, leadership and work organization skills.
