Job description

- Connect and schedule meetings with management agencies for the energy sector in Laos: Ministry of Energy, Mining, Ministry of Planning and Investment, EDL, EDL - Gen, People's Committee and departments of provinces and authorities local project investment areas

- Connect and schedule work with partners and investors developing energy projects in Laos

- Collect information, update policy reports and investment regulations for energy projects in Laos (hydropower, wind power) to sell electricity to Vietnam and other countries in the ASEAN region

- Advise on investment procedures for energy projects in Laos according to regulations

- Planning project development, preparing to invest in energy projects in Laos

- Traveling on business to locations implementing energy projects (hydropower, wind power) in Laos and Vietnam according to work requirements

- Carrying out work related to the development and investment of energy projects in Laos

1. Main Responsibilities

+ Responsible for managing and developing the entire network system at Data Center (DC)

+ Responsible for managing and developing all connections between DC and other ISPs for Internet services.

+ Responsible for improving related systems, including but not limited to: software upgrades, bug patches, security testing.

+ Develop and deploy short-term and long-term strategic plans to ensure certain network capacity and connectivity meet requirements.

+ Develop new network and connection services to contribute to the company's business activities.

+ Perform setup/configuration of related systems to provide network services and connections for Co-location customers.

+ Cooperate with SV Team in providing infrastructure for hosting services.

+ Manage and allocate resources (IP, VLAN) for systems and related services.

+ Support Northwest Leaders to improve DC services and DC operations.

+ Provide data and reports to Northwest Leaders and Managers.

+ Other related tasks as requested by Northwest Leaders and Managers
