Principal General Planning Specialist

1. Organize and build a system of regulations, regimes and unified work plan progress reporting forms to apply in the Group's departments and member units.
2. Make operational plans and strategic orientations to develop the Group's production, business and investment activities in the medium and long term
3. Plan project implementation in accordance with the general direction of the entire Group, periodically inspect and evaluate project implementation at departments and member units in the Group
4. Periodically direct the synthesis of BOD reports on the implementation of plans of departments and member units in the Group to serve the management and administration work of the Board of Directors.
5. Monitor the implementation of production, business and investment plans of departments and member units to propose timely direction to BOD.
6. Managing planning work across the group: Guiding, urging, and supervising the Group's departments and member units to develop plans to carry out unit-level work on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. Monitor, update plans, supervise plan implementation and evaluate the level of plan completion of departments and the entire Group. From there, there are opinions to advise the Board of Directors on adjusting the plan (if necessary) or having a more appropriate direction
7. Guide and urge departments and member units to develop a reporting framework summarizing annual investment production and business activities and investment production and business planning tasks for the following years to serve the summary and implementation conference. Declaring the annual tasks of the entire Group

Job requirements
Education and professional knowledge
- Graduated from University of Economics and Statistics
- Project Management and Effective Time Management certificates are preferred.
- Graduation from MBA is an advantage.
Experience
- Have at least (05) years of experience in a similar position in large companies and corporations;
Skills/ abilities
- Understanding the Group's strategic development policies and general investment and production plans;
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and propose solutions;
- Have skills in drafting all types of documents;
- Have knowledge and skills in group management;
- Have good communication skills;
- Good English.
