MAIN TASKS
- Search, exploit and build potential customer sources
- Design and advise on the most suitable insurance plans to optimally protect customers
- Complete business targets according to position requirements
- Participate and support company seminars/events to improve services/experience for current customers and build/develop new/potential customers.
Candidate requirements
- Age from 23 - 35 years old (born 2001 - 1990)
- Have graduated from high school/college/university (at least have confirmation of program completion)
- Bright appearance, confident communication, good persuasion and situation handling skills
- Have at least 1 year of experience, receive professional training support
Income
- Income when reaching 100% KPI: 12 - 35 million VND
- Income calculated based on KPI achievement rate
- Fix salary: 12 - 18 million VND
- Fix salary depends on sales
