Job description

Benefits - Fixed income: 12,000,000-18,000,000/month - Training allowance: VND 6,000,000. Petrol and telephone allowances: VND 900,000/month - Monthly commission, monthly/quarter/year. - Being granted iPad and other support tools for the job. - Have the opportunity to advance to the management level after 6 months. - Be training skills to meet communication and customer advice. - Participating in exhibition events, workshops organized by the company. Main mission - Searching, exploiting and building potential customers - Design and advise the most appropriate insurance plans for optimal protection for customers - Complete business targets as required by the position
- Participate, support the company's seminars/events to improve the current service/experience for customers and build/develop new/potential customers.

Request candidates

- Age from 23 - 35 years old (born in 2001 - 1990)
- Graduated from high school/college/university (at least confirmed the completion of the curriculum)
- Bright appearance, confident communication, persuasive skills and good situation handling - At least 1 year of experience, supported with professional training

Income

  • Income when reaching 100% KPI: 12 - 35 million VND
  • Income calculated by the ratio of KPIs
    • Hard salary: 12 - 18 million VND
  • Hard salary depends on sales
