Job description

• Operation:

- Develop and improve processes based on regulations of authorities and equipment usage instructions;

- Leader of the team operating the high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) power network in the industrial park;

- Supervise the team in daily operations, periodically check equipment to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures in operational activities;

- Daily check the metering system and record customers' electricity consumption;

- Daily monitoring to ensure equipment parameters are within the allowable operating range, quality and quantity of electricity supplied to customers;

- Regularly contact customers to understand the electricity supply situation and customers' needs, thereby building appropriate operation plans;

- Develop problem situations of the power distribution system in industrial parks and prepare instructions for handling, isolating problem points, and restoring power to customers;

- For new projects (new distribution lines): support and advise the project team during the design and construction phase to ensure regulatory compliance, improve reliability and safety. system safety, coordinate the implementation of the system and put it into operation, monitor the new system and report warranty issues, if any;

- For new customers, new connections: coordinate with customers to implement electricity connection contracts, install meters, coordinate relays and make connections and supply electricity according to regulations;

• Maintenance:

- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, periodic maintenance, inspection plans (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) to improve reliability, minimize incidents and disruptions. electricity supply segment to customers;
