Job description

- Advise, plan and develop plans on the Group's administrative management work for the Board of General Directors and Board of Directors;

- Manage, supervise and organize Administrative Services including: Utility Services, Occupational Safety and Health, Fire and Explosion Prevention, Health and Food Safety; Procurement of office equipment, collective kitchens, logistics services;

- Develop policies, regulations, procedures and manage administrative work at the Group;

- Organize centralized administrative operations at the Executive Office

- Organize administrative training for affiliated units.
