Job description
- Plan, organize and install the M&E system for the project according to the prescribed budget and time.
- Establish relationships with Customers/Consultants and construction teams to effectively deploy the M&E system.
- Responsible for implementing construction, managing construction and supervising construction of assigned items/areas according to instructions from direct management.
- Supervise work according to the quality management system and promptly handle problems that arise at work.
- Calculate the required volume of materials and control the volume of construction materials for M&E items.
- Establish a detailed construction schedule, calculate the workload of each item, and make construction plans for team leaders and contractors.
- Implement QA/QC system.
- Implement ISO quality management processes. 7
- Implement the Company's Labor Safety instructions and procedures, maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Candidate requirements
- Male, Graduated from College - University, majoring in Electrical - Mechanical - Water Supply and Sewerage
- Having experience in the construction field is an advantage.
- Good management and organizational skills. Proficient in using specialized software and office information technology.
- Priority is given to candidates who understand BIM and are proficient in using REVIT.
- Able to withstand work pressure, willing to go on long business trips
