Job description

Perform after-sales service including hardware/software installation, operation, and on-site training for customers.

Handle routine and emergency maintenance in a timely manner.

Responsible for the quality and performance of field service engineers (on-site) from outsourced customers.

Advising customers on how to properly operate machines.

Provide on-site training to customers or internal customers as specific product technical experts.

Maintain consistent work quality with committed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Establish and maintain good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Learn about products and services, and stay up to date with the latest changes.

Report to Service Manager on all technical activities.

Perform other technical related activities.

Job requirements

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in the copier/printer/printing industry or related field.

Graduated from College/University majoring in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automation Engineering.

Experienced in providing hardware and software services, maintenance and consulting.

Experience in industrial laser printing is an advantage.

Capabilities

Customer-centric thinking, winning spirit.

Proficient in computers and some popular office application software.

Good understanding and skills in computer networks, servers, and databases.

Ability to analyze, present and solve problems well, result-oriented and quality.

Able to work independently and in groups, willing to go on long business trips when needed.

Have a high spirit of teamwork and care about customer care; dynamic, persuasive, resilient, motivated and ready to face new challenges.

Able to communicate in English at a basic level (equivalent to B grade).
