Job description
- Search, receive, advise and care for customers interested in and in need of real estate (apartments, land, townhouses, villas,...)
- Introduce company products, guide procedures, and transport customers to visit the project.
- Build a personal marketing plan, build your personal brand (tiktok, facebook, social networks...), spread and reach customers.
- Participate in the training course, grasp and improve your knowledge to become a skilled real estate expert (legal, financial, planning, structure of all types of products)
- Support and care for customers during work and after sales.
- Report weekly/monthly work to the Manager for timely guidance and support.
Job requirements
- Have a passion for learning and developing a career in real estate
- Proactively carry out work, have a good sense of building your personal reputation.
- No limit on level and age. Not afraid to travel for projects when required.
- Good communication, dynamic, proactive, professional and polite demeanor.
- Have a laptop/tablet to do the job.
