- Customers have been/are using installment loan services, consumer loans, capital loans, etc.
- Remind customers of their responsibility to pay on time.
- Convince customers to repay loans as committed.
- Support customers about payment points, etc.
Job requirements
- No experience required
- Easy to hear voice. Candidates with Call Center experience are an advantage.
- Hardworking and responsible at work
- Working hours: 8am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break). 1 week off, 1 day off, not fixed
Benefits
- Income 8,000,000 - 25,000,0000 or more depending on work performance. In which, the fixed salary ranges from 6,000,000 - 7,000,000 VND + Bonus.
