Job description

"1. Building communication strategies, marketing to communicate in the right direction with the vision, core values, business strategies of the company in the long and short -term.

2. Develop plans and marketing communication budgets by year, quarter and month based on the communication strategy approved by superiors and BLD.

3. Develop a communication and marketing strategy according to the BLD's business strategy. Review and approve marketing materials, marketing ideas from employees.

4. Manage and assign work to employees in their department.

5. Monitor communication and marketing budget quarterly, yearly and reasonable budget adjustment for each campaign.

6. Responsible for marketing communication campaigns and department performance. "
