KITE FLYING FESTIVAL

The artistic kite flying festival will take place on April 28 and 29, this is one of the activities in the program "Opening the 2023 Da Nang beach tourism season" by the Son Peninsula Management Board. Tea and tourist beaches in Da Nang coordinated with the kite clubs of Da Nang and Hoi An.
One of the highlights of this year's Kite Festival is that in addition to domestic kite clubs, there is also the participation of kite clubs Skyline Kite team (Thailand) and Flobamora Kite Club (Indonesia). Kite clubs have brought kites of all sizes, shapes, and colors to Da Nang beach, contributing to creating a highlight for Da Nang beach during this year's holiday season.
At this year's Art Kite Festival, in addition to aerodynamic kites, clubs also brought 20 flute kites. Information from the participating teams, the longest kite is the dragon-shaped kite of the club from Indonesia, 50m long; Thailand's snake kite model also brings uniqueness and impression. There are also kite models of dolphins, crabs, squids, octopuses, map-shaped kites, and the national flag (Da Nang club)...
