Job Description

- Assign and supervise the fleet – drivers – coordinators according to the plan.
- Control transport costs, propose optimal solutions for routes and load capacity.
- Work directly with customers, shipping lines, ports, and related departments to process orders and delivery schedules.

- Build good relationships with relevant parties such as SOC, FLM, Vendor
- Ensure drivers comply with internal and external regulations/SOP
- Actively contribute and provide insightful, detailed insights from reality (operations, drivers, etc.) to optimize operational activities.
Candidate Requirements
- College degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent; Degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, equipment management is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation management
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good task management and teamwork
- Experience in monitoring GPS trucks/Tools/Excel/Reporting and analysis tools
- Good English reading skills
- Experience in team management
- Experience in Designing/Optimizing SOP is a big plus
- Ability to rotate shifts and work in shifts.
