Job description

- Participate in drafting contracts, documents, and transaction records. Control the legality of documents, contracts... issued and signed by the Company.

- Check and control the progress and target plan requirements assigned by the Head of Department

- Carry out internal control work to ensure compliance with company processes, regulations and policies.

- Consulting, legal appraisal, coordination in developing regulations, processes... to ensure strict operation and prevent risks.

- Consulting, legal appraisal, complaints, denunciations, litigation, debt collection... ensuring safety and minimizing risks.

- Consulting on regulations related to internal operations: company charter, internal governance regulations, meeting minutes, resolutions,...

- Consulting on other regulations related to the Company's investment, production and business activities

- Contact and deal with outside agencies to handle work assigned by superiors

- Perform a number of other jobs and tasks as assigned by the direct Technical Manager.

Experience / Detailed skills

- Graduated from University: Major in mechanical engineering and manufacturing

- Have experience of 5 years or more

- Able to communicate in English (Knowing Korean will be an advantage)

- Hard-working, eager to learn and have experience participating in construction projects (if any)

- Have good health
