JOB DESCRIPTION
Promote our all-inclusive Relocation Services in Hanoi during peak seasons, while handling year-round administrative tasks for our Rent & Buy and Routine Property Inspection services.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business & Customer Management
- Engage and convert potential clients from VFS based on KPIs to meet sales and commission targets.
- Manage the entire home-search service process for clients (consulting, searching for rental properties, submitting applications).
2. Office Administration & Operations
- Coordinate, organize, and manage the entire schedule of property viewing appointments efficiently and smoothly.
- Review, format, and finalize property inspection reports to ensure quality and professionalism.
3. Marketing & General Support
- Manage the Facebook page, create engaging content, and implement targeted advertising campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support for daily operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent).
- Practical experience in business (sales), lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
- Solid experience in business operations, office administration, or schedule coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness when reviewing reports and managing schedules.
- Ability to work independently at the Hanoi office.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: 14,000,000 VND / month
- Bonus: 1,000,000 VND per successful contract

About the RoleEasyTransfer is looking for a results-driven Marketing Development Officer (MDO) to drive B2B business development and partnerships in the Vietnam market.
The role will focus on identifying, onboarding and managing education agents, branches and institutional partners, with a strong focus on field sales, relationship building and business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Identify and develop new B2B partnerships with education agents, branches and relevant institutions.

Conduct regular local field visits, meetings and presentations with prospective and existing partners.

Drive agent and branch onboarding, including documentation and coordination.

Facilitate agreement/contract signing with new partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and institutional partners.

Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales and onboarding targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, agreement closure and activation.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner onboarding and servicing.

Maintain accurate records of partner activities, pipeline and business performance.

Identify new opportunities for EasyTransfer's growth within the Vietnam market.

Must be currently based in Vietnam.

Strong understanding of the Vietnam education/B2B market.

Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Partnership Development.

Experience in Education, EdTech, Overseas Education or Student Services is preferred.

Experience in Payments, Fintech, Remittance or International Payments will be highly preferred.

Existing network of education agents/branches will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Comfortable with frequent local travel across Ho Chi Minh City and nearby areas.
