- Key responsibilities: After-sales service and technical support for PV inverters, energy storage inverters, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS); product deployment and commissioning; troubleshooting (with concurrent support from the domestic remote team); fault identification and diagnosis; and on-site component replacement (complex repairs are not involved).
JD：
1) Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and after sales support.
2) Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.
3) Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions
4) Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis
5) Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
6) Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.
Requirements：
1) Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.
2) Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar industry especially dealing with product trouble shootings
3) Strong ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
4) Reliable and self-motivated
5) The ability to learn new technologies quickly
6) Strong Microsoft office skills
7) Ability to work effectively in a team environment,
8) Excellent communication skills
9) A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
10) Excellent time management and organizational skills
11) Adapt to frequent travel
